Class Schedule

Beginners are welcome.

Sunday: Kids’ Class at 9:45am - 10:30am (no class on 1st and last Sundays of each month) / BJJ: 10:30 - 11:45 am.

Monday: Aikido: 6:00pm - 7:pm. / BJJ 7:10pm - 8:30pm.

Tuesday: No Class

Wednesday: Kids’ Class: 5:45pm - 6:30pm. / BJJ 6:30pm (Fundamentals); 7:30pm (Intermediate).

Thursday: Aikido: 6:00pm - 7:00pm. / BJJ 7:10 - 8:15. (Fundamentals, class begins in January 9, 2025).

Friday: BJJ 7:00am - 8:10am. (Led by Tobi Dushl).

Saturday: 9:00am - 10:00am Combative Class. (1st and 3rd Satudays of each month).
